Okay, even if you’re not trying to lose weight, this is such a nutrient rich dish  – it has something for everyone. 

Chicken breast, chopped squash, zucchini, carrots, onion, colorful peppers, herbs. All of these delicious, organic vegetables sautéed briefly to maintain their texture. (Nobody want to eat a mushy veggie) served with a side brown rice or choose cauliflower rice.
